Train How to Let Go of Worry and Fear
Live Free and Confident
All too often, we try to solve problems of the MIND with our mind, with drugs, with things, with our personal will-power. I’ve been there and done that. It doesn’t work very well. Ryan Ragain
My Core Belief
I believe we all have a soul- the inner-most fabric of our being. We have layers of insecurity, trauma, fear, ego, shame, false beliefs………that interfere with our soul shining, or radiating our true self.
These layers create discontent, lack of wholeness, and pain that surface in our daily lives through repetitive, useless and harmful thoughts. If we are what we think, and a large percentage of our subconscious thoughts are repetitive, useless and harmful- then it’s reasonable to understand how we get into a rut. My training guides you out of the rut where you can begin to discover the vastness of freedom that lives within you. Work with me and Awaken Your Soul.

THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY…..
I am Ryan Ragain. I was 45 years old and life was not looking good……
-My body was a wreck, beginning with chronic back problems and the symbiotic incoherent nervous system that follows. I felt like a walking cripple and was continuously fried from a couple decades of constant physical pain which went straight to my head, resulting in anger and piano-wire tension that overflowed in numerous undesirable forms.
-My marriage was a wreck, from within myself and also the entirety of external circumstances. I believed that I was no longer capable of influencing this ship in a fruitful direction.
-My relationship with my kids was not where I wanted it to be.
-My career as a builder, as a carpenter, was unfulfilling. It was not filling my soul. It was draining my soul.
I started asking myself one BIG QUESTION:
How is it that some people navigate their way through life with relative ease, and others seem to struggle every step of the way?
I was one of the people that seemed to struggle every step of the way. Like I was continuously trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
I thought long and hard about this question and I came up this BIG ANSWER:
My struggles are a direct result of how I think and how I act.
So the only route forward was to change how I think and how I act, which lead me to BIG QUESTION #2:
How do I change how I think and how I act?
Answering BIG QUESTION #2 has lead me into years of traveling into the unknown. I began living a life that I never knew was possible and experienced events that I never knew existed. I found my purpose.
